Under his leadership, the Canadian group Woodbridge, which operates in the auto parts sector, expanded its presence in the region (South America) from 3 to 6 plants, tripled the number of customers (automakers) served, achieved a significant market share and received several awards from customers and entities such as: Senai, Sebrae, GPTW, among others.

At Carborundum (Saint Gobain group) he managed the textile business unit. He managed the product engineering department, and after the commercial and industrial areas of the Irrigation products division. At Carborundum, Voith and Unilever, he also managed product and industrial plant projects.

Graduated (1976) in Industrial Engineering (University San Francisco - Brazil).
Completed a master's degree (2008) in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – Brazil, with the dissertation Communication, Motivation, Leadership and Operational Excellence.
Completed a doctorate in Psychology (2021) from University San Francisco - Brazil with the thesis Assessment of Performance and Organizational Culture from the Perspective of Stakeholder Satisfaction.
Published (2023) the article Performance Assessed by Stakeholder Satisfaction and Predicted by Organizational Culture.
Published (2012) the book Simples Complexo Gerencial – Simplificando a gestão.
Published several articles on organizational management.
