• Summary, purpose and benefits of performance set by stakeholders satisfaction and of performance culture.

You decide when to end the survey and receive the Company Report, containing the following results and recommendations:

• The GPI Score: General Performance Index of your Company.
• Scores of six dimensions of The Performance Culture plus list of suggestions for improvements;
• Respondents Unknowledge rate about the co's performance and culture;
• Performance and culture items (issues) that should be better communicated and clarified to employees.
